He developed the company from a single company offering Geology & Mining services to the Cement and Building Materials industry in Egypt, to a group of companies working in diversified business lines, namely precious metals, aggregates, silica sand, manufacture of Calcium Carbonate, Rockwool and Glasswool.

• Mr. Amir Amin Naguib

  With more than 20+ years of experience in multinational businesses of heavy industries, Amir comes with a vast experience in all areas of executive management ranging from commercial management to operations, technical management and business finance. Amir's specialty being robust and holistic strategic management pillared on commercial restructuring, capitalizing on trends and gaps and introduction of unprecedented commercial strategies that result in business.

• Eng. Ahmed Niazy

  Managing Director

  Ahmed has 17-year experience in Corporate Companies including Cemex, LafargeHolcim, and Geocycle. During this period, Ahmed has held several top management positions in industries including Cement, Ready Mix, Aggregates and Alternative Fuels. Ahmed has a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering from the American University in Cairo, and a master's degree in Business Administration from Maastricht School of Management.

  Chartered Accountant with +30 years of experience in top financial management positions with the leading corporate companies in financial services “investment banking, NBFI’s” and retail business including EFG-Hermes in MENA and Frontier markets, Shuaa Capital, Global Corp and Kazyon Markets, first 3 years of experience was in audit and advisory.
