Listing the Capital Increase for ASEC Company For Mining - Ascom
The Listing Committee held on 25/12/2019 has approved to list the company's capital increase from EGP 470 million to EGP 550 million , such capital increase amounted to EGP 80 million distributed over 8 million shares at a par value of EGP 1 per share paid in cash through cash subscriptions of the company?s existing shareholders. These new shares shall be added to EGX database starting 29/12/2019 trading session.
