The Listing Committee held on 07-09-2010 has approved to list the capital increase for ASEC Company For Mining - Ascom from LE 250 million to LE 350 million. The LE 100 million capital increase (representing the 5th issue) is distributed over LE 10 million fully paid cash shares (through rights issue for the existing shareholders) at a par value of LE 10 per share. Shares of this capital increase will be available for trading effective 16/09/2010 trading session.
